Can you give a price over the phone?
For most standard jobs, yes — a photo of the problem and your postcode is usually enough. Bigger jobs like bathrooms get a free visit and a written quote.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes — registration number 000000 (placeholder). You can check any engineer's number on the Gas Safe Register website, and you should.
Is your work guaranteed?
All labour is guaranteed for 12 months. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we register new boilers for their full extended warranty where available.
